I’m Arnau, the founder of SACO. My journey started between two worlds: the structured precision of Germany and the vibrant, sun-drenched lifestyle of my home in Spain. While living abroad, I realized that no matter where you are, the right flavors have the power to transport you home. SACO was born from a simple desire: to capture the essence of the Mediterranean and make it accessible to everyone, everywhere.

SACO wasn’t built overnight. It began in December 2025 as a spark of an idea to solve a common kitchen dilemma: how to get professional-grade, authentic flavor without the mess, the waste, or the guesswork.
